About the consultant
Adar Abdulkadir is a facilitator, educator, and consultant with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of education, project management and community service.
Adar holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Studies and works as a college instructor, teaching complex subjects around social issues in Canada with clarity and care. Having worked frontline in community-based roles and managed projects in both public and private sectors, Adar brings practical understandings of what meaningful organizational change takes, from the frontline to leadership tables.
Across 12 years, Adar has collaborated with diverse teams and communities navigating cultural, structural, and interpersonal challenges in a variety of contexts. Whether she is facilitating a tough conversation, leading a training, or helping an organization rethink its practices, her goal is the same: to create space for learning, constructive conversations and progress.
